The following massage techniques are performed with probe No. 3 “Big sled”:
In one place, five movements are made, resembling the bouncing of a ball, with deepening into the muscles and moving upwards. the probe to a certain place and shake it to the right, left, back for 4 – 6 seconds. Another option: after immersing the probe in the muscles, make a clockwise rotational movement. Pressure time is 5 seconds. Do not detach the probe from the place of pressure.
