Probe No. 7 “Cross” is used to compress muscles, causing them to contract. With the help of the “crossword”, the following are performed:
1. Pressing movements (pressing), pressure time – 5 seconds.
2. Spring-loaded rotary movements forward – back (pumping). After making 5-6 movements in one point, move the probe a short distance and massage the next area.
3. Pressing circular movements to the right – to the left (screwing the probe into the muscles), pressure time – 5 seconds.
