Logopedic massage probe No.6 “Axe”

Probe No. 6 “Axe” is actively used during massage. It covers a larger (compared to the probes described above) surface and intensively affects the muscular apparatus.
The probe is designed to perform two techniques – pressing (“cutting” the muscles) and sliding over the muscles (simulation of the shaving process).
Under the influence of pressure, muscle tone is normalized, their contractility increases, and mobility increases. The degree of pressure depends on the state of the muscles: the lower the tone, the more intense the pressure should be. Pressing movements are frequent, the intervals between them are short. Pressure time – 5 seconds. Gliding improves elasticity and firmness of muscles, relieves tension.
